Rents Restricted Affordable Apartments
Listed below are units currently available. Please review the Income Limits and other restrictions listed on the application (click red button below) for the properties in which you are interested. If more applications are submitted than needed for a pending vacancy, applicants will be added and maintained on the waiting list.
The “rents restricted” properties have below market rents, but applicants still have to show they have enough income to pay those rents; whereas for Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) and Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs) rent is adjusted based on the applicant’s income.
